Yes, what a relaxing experience. As someone who has never been able to float and believe me, I've tried. Being able to float was such a stress relief. The water is body temperature which I thought was going to be too cool but didn't stop me from falling asleep. I also suffer from back pain, talk about a weight off. They also do massages. Only thing I regret, not being able to do both. Next time, for sure.

I've been going twice a month for a few months now and still look forward to having my mini getaway with complete detachment and relaxation! I dont have to use any of my aching muscles, like one does when they sit or lay down, or prop myself up. The warm tub is so soothing, I end up falling asleep! Hip pain and shoulder pain is relaxed from simple salt water support. And when my float is over, I awaken with a reset, ending my mental overload, which is a relief! A renewed sense of calm and joy of being in the moment, rejuvenated! As a woman, my mind goes 100mph with everything that needs to get done, things I need to go do. Errands. Chores. What's for dinner? This float is my getaway to reset myself and come out of it feeling better than great. I end my float with a hot cup of one of their many provided flavor choices of tea. I like the pomegranate. I find extreme value in how much kindness I'm shown by the soft spoken staff who, without fail, everytime, ensure I have the most pleasing experience possible. I love my float spa!!

The Float Spa provides a very calm and relaxing feeling from the moment you walk in. This was my first float experience and I really liked the idea of the float room vs pods I’ve seen before. There was another customer appointment at the same time, so Kelli brought us back together to explain everything. There are 4 individual float rooms. Complimentary ear plugs and petroleum jelly to cover small cuts/scrapes are provided along with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. You must shower before and after your float. There are controls in the tank for both lighting and music volume. A neck rest is also provided in the tank to keep your head slightly elevated out of the water. I switched between using the neck rest and having my head in the water. The water is heated to body temperature so you don’t have to worry about cold water and warming up after entering. I did the 60 min float, which seemed good because it may take some time to relax and figure out how you want to float or have your arms. The lights will be turned on to signal your time is up. After you shower (a nice soft and fluffy towel is provided) and get dressed, you can spend time in the relaxation room with complimentary water and tea. It was a great first time visit and I’ll definitely return. Glad something like this has opened up in Holly Springs!

The float spot at Holly Springs is one of my favorite places. It is my me time and it gives me my moment of Zen every time I go. I’ve never had a bad experience, even when there was a slight disruption which was no persons fault, the owner Kelli made sure to make it right. Anytime anybody has anything going on in their life I make sure to recommend trying a float! The meditation room with the added affirmators always gives me a smile at the end too!

I bought 2 floats a year ago. I went to tour the facility and was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa area is private. It includes a shower, bathroom and the pool area. You are not covered with a top so you never feel claustrophobic. You can bring your own music and decide on the lighting you prefer. There is a comfortable waiting area that can be used before and after your float.
